About Mr. Wiebe
I have always considered myself a humble person and that is why I struggle with writing about myself, so I'm just going to give you a bit of background on where I come from and the experiences I have had along the way.
I'm from the Pacific Northwest and this is where I live with my wonderful wife and 2 crazy awesome children. I enjoy the outdoors both winter and summer, playing music, geeking on technology and spending time with family and friends.
I have been a marketing professional and all around computer geek for the past 15+ years. After graduating from college, I started out working for a local land development and custom home builder where I first got my feet wet in marketing by building websites and marketing new homes.
My first official marketing position was with a manufacturing company called Northern Technologies, Inc. (NTI) where we designed and built custom power protection solutions for critical electronic systems. This is where I learned all about working with an Engineering and Sales team to deliver product marketing in a B2B atmosphere along with branding, graphic design, advertising, and more website development.
As my career evolved and my experience grew, I moved on from NTI to join the team at U.S. Products (USP) as the Marketing Manager. USP was a manufacturing company that designed and built professional floor cleaning equipment. This was the biggest growth spurt in my career where I was able to create and manage all aspects of Marketing for the company including planning, advertising, branding, product marketing, PR, multi-media, event planning, and more website design and development. Eventually USP purchased HydraMaster, a Seattle based Truckmount cleaning equipment manufacturer and I was named Marketing Manager for both companies. I learned a lot about B2B marketing and working within distributor networks and nation wide Sales Rep. companies, creating marketing materials not only for USP and HydraMaster, but creating materials for our distributors and Sales Reps. to use in selling our products.
The next phase of my marketing career takes place at a company called PacifiCAD as Marketing Director where I went from a manufacturing based company to a distributor based company that sells 3D design CAD software to Architects, Engineers, and Manufacturing Professionals. PacifiCAD thrust me into the high-tech world of software sales and service where I managed all aspects of Marketing including planning, advertising, branding, graphic design, multi-media, event planning, and a fully functioning ecommerce website.
Wiebe Marketing is the next adventure in my Marketing career where I get to leverage the experience I have had at these wonderful companies to deliver Simplified Marketing Solutions that are aimed at helping my clients grow their business with responsible, scalable marketing solutions that fit their specific needs and budgets.
Why do I do this? I love helping people be more successful and of course I have to take good care of these two kids of mine as being dad is the #1 position I currently hold.
